3. Where is it located?  Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? no tourists are allowed to visit and go inside
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? I can only find the price paid for the building in 1992 which was $900 million
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? Casa Milà, popularly known as La Pedrera or "The stone quarry", a reference to its unconventional rough-hewn appearance, is a modernist building in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was the last private residence designed by architect Antoni Gaudí and was built between 1906 and 19127.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question) the reason why I chose this building was because it caught my eye on how it was designed. it also is interesting because it was built in the early 1900s it was the first house ever designed like this. it also interests me because they still let people in it and stay there.

3. Where is it located?  located near Mexico City, Mexico4. 
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? it is private because someone lives there. 
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build?      $218,000
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? A young couple with two children from Mexico City said they wanted to live in something closer to nature, and the house was designed to blend in with the natural surroundings in what Senosiain likes to call 'Bio-Architecture'.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question) the reason why I chose this building was because it looks like an actual shell. also, the way it is painted catches the eye. it is really unique so I chose it.

2. When was it built?  February 14, 2001
3. Where is it located? Located in Malmö on the Swedish side of the Öresund strait
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it?  private because people live there
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? 1.8 billion dollars 
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself?  Conceived to enhance and enlarge a public area defined by the intersection of two main roads, the Turning Torso building is meant to be seen as a freestanding sculptural element posed within the cityscape
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question) the reason why I chose this was because it looks stunning on how it twists. it is also one of the few twisted buildings in the world. it looks like a drill bit and is very eye-catching.

6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? popular tourist attraction, containing shops, office space, restaurants, and bars, as well as the Polish version of the Hollywood Walk of Fame
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question)
the reason why I chose this is that it is a very unique building. it makes me wonder how difficult it was to plan and construct it. it looks like you have taken drugs and now the world is all wavy

3. Where is it located? Jumeirah St - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
4. Is it a private building or can you visit it? it is a hotel so it is project
5. Is there information on how much it cost to build? 2 billion US dollars
6. Is there a reason the building was created or the history of the building itself? The Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 meters (919 ft) out from Jumeirah beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The Burj is an iconic structure, designed to symbolize Dubai's urban transformation. The Burj has become an international symbol for Dubai.
7. Why did you pick this building? (write at least a paragraph on this question) the reason why I chose this was because it really looks luxurious and high class. it also catches my eyes because it looks like a sail in the wind. it also looks really modern and different from everything else around.
